Great job Michelle. Unusual subject which makes it appealing. I really like the metallic orange paint, and the slant 6 tops it all off.

Thank you I plan on printing another at some point but will be putting a 392 hemi under the hood

Ihave been talking with andrey on instagram he is going to be making the 2 production versions of two door 2024 Charger daytona evs and the 2025 charger six pack and he plans on doing the classic us muscle cars and classic us sedans I asked him if he could do hopefully the chargers will be done in may I also asked if he could make the charger six pack have a optional body with hood seperate and include the hurricane i6 twin turbo six pack engine that charger will have and so people can put a hemi engine in it if they want

Hi Michelle,

good job! Paint looks cool!

I have been thinking about printing for quite a while. So did I get it right: You printed the body and most of the parts yourself?

I have to dig into the printing subject much more. The most 3D printing stuff I see is with thermo plastics, which I can´t imagine being fine enough for some details. You mention resin printing. Resin must be a two component material (?).

I need to do more research on printing: What printer (quality, price, size, filament...), where do I get the files?

You gave me a big nudge, thanks!

thank you

I got the files on cgtrader just search andrey bezrodney cgtrader in you search engine you will find his page

as for what brand of resin printer there are two brands that most people who resin print use and trust anycubic and elegoo  and they have a nice selection of different models of resin printers with different print sizes

for filament type 3D printers I see people prefer the creality brand while both elegoo and anycubic have them also they are newer to these printers while creality was making the filament ones before  elegoo and anycubic put out their first resin printers and only recently have creality started making resin printers

You will need a  resin printer for  car model or any other car customizing part files on cgtrader  as that is what the model files are designed to be printed on as I had a friend try and print one of andrey’s car models on his 3D filament printer but it turned out horrible while when I printed on my anycubic photon mono x it turned out great

Looks cool! And neat how you used the slant 6. I owned a Cordoba from 08 to 10 with slant 6 they are a tough durable engine.

Thank you
Did yours have rich Corinthian leather as khan said it had

Yes it did! It was cracked badly on drivers seat but otherwise good shape. Body was rusty and paint was all faded. Landau vinyl top was in decent shape. I found wire hubcaps at local junk yard off a fifth avenue. I drove it daily year round. But it was cool. Floated down the road.
