Thanks, it was a touch and go for a minute but went pretty well, still have some tweaking to do before paint. I wanted to run the exhaust clear through but after installing the rear shocks there isn't any room. I think they will be ok like this...

Yeah, I thought by now it would be painted. Bad news, I had some crazing accrue on the body. Tried to fix it but it didn’t work. So I stripped it and re-primed the body. Good news, it’s ready to paint again. Just need the time and weather now.

Color is pretty....looks really nice.  Probably just the color on the screen but looks more blue than purple , or it's just me.   

Did you spray the paint right out of the bottle, no thinner?

The picture doesn't show the exact color. I was more excited to have gotten it painted after a failed attempt. But yes, Splash Paint base and 2x clear all straight outta the bottle. Thanks...
