And I thought 3d printing was cool …….. this is out of this world !!!! Randy, your skill set is unbelievable. Its a really good thing you display these parts with tweezers as I am sure if posted alone, no one would be able to understand it is a miniature replica and not the real thing, absolutely stunning.

I don't have any idea how I missed this! That engine is...I'm speechless. It's amazing, my friend! I still have to check out the rest of this project. I just had to say that!

Another inspiring post of your amazing work, Randy!  This last series is quite interesting to me, because I'm going to need to make Western Star frame horns for my next build, too, so very inspirational for me to see this.  Just marvelously complex detail you create!

This is a stunning build! But way down deep, a piece of me thinks that just maybe instead of doing all this incredible detail work, you built a 24 to 1 pair of tweezers and found a huge fiberglass hand to hold them and are showing us pictures of a real truck……..just sayin’!   This is absolutely incredible work sir!!!

I knew that MCM notification in my email meant something special would be waiting.  Fabulous attention to detail, Randy - good thing your truck has a brass frame and metal suspensions.  Awesome work!

Hi Folks,

Thanks Brian K.,   It is getting a little heavy😄

Jeff , Appreciate the kind words my friend!

Glad you like it Brian S.

Thank you Victor,  I look at your RV & trailer build and think the same thing about your skills with styrene!!

Daniel, that is a good one !

Steve,  thank you for following along on this one!

Been trying to get a start on the sprayer details out on the booms.

I need about 40 of these sprayer nozzles. You find them with anywhere from 3 to 6 heads....

Here is my effort.  Photo etch 'x' , pipe union, and a vertical brass piece and a horizontal one all...

Now it pales in comparison to Tom's awesome boom on his crane truck but I have almost 68 feet 😁
