Only issue is getting the grill/bumper to set while the glue dries. But straight up, it's a nice kit. I will probably grab another one sometime down the road.

As always, thanks for looking...

On the next... hopefully...

Great looking G.T.O.  Very well done.  I like the Clear Blue over the grey.

Thanks James.. It gives it a character all it's own

Great Goat! I built that kit decades ago. The exhaust splitters always look sharp on those cars.

Thanks Robert.. Gotta love a Goat. Do you still have yours?

Looks good.  I'd like to get another at some point.  I screwed up a little bit on my first one.

Thanks Eric. DO IT!

As I mentioned in your WIP, the paint work on this looks great. Nice to see this done in a showroom style as they were long ago.

I don't have the whole original issue Monogram GTO kit anymore. But - I still have the engine somewhere in my stash. I tried to make the Tri Power fuel lines from scratch. I drew pen and ink diagrams from magazine pictures. It turned out to be kind of a mess! In 1964 we didn't have anything to buy to do a good job of replication. You were pretty much on your own.

Nice looking GTO Jeremy. That colour is tasty on it! She looks like she just rolled off the dealership showroom. The macro lens experiment turned out good too. I just got a new phone, haven’t played with the camera yet…

Cheers, Steve

Thank ya Steve. That macro lens is different for sure. Can't wait to see you experiment with it.

Sharp looking build, been some time since I've seen one built.  I gotta remember transparent blue over metallic grey as I love how that looks, and it suits very well on the GTO.
