ModelcarJR Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 This is the retooled MPC kit by Round 2. The paint is Tamiya Light Metallic Blue with a Krylon Satin White and Black interior. The vinyl top is painted 2" masking tape cut to fit and painted black. I have added plug wires with looms and boots, a coil, a top radiator hose and heater hoses. The engine is painted orange for a high performance 440. Everything went together well with positive pin placements for the most part. Thanks for looking! ? 9
Tim W. SoCal Posted September 6, 2024 Posted September 6, 2024 Bitchen' Coronet, John. Very well done...
espo Posted September 6, 2024 Posted September 6, 2024 Beautiful looking color and finish. Not normally a fan of vinyl roofs on 1:1's or scale models, but when done like this I think it looks great. Great engine detailing and stance.

XYHARRY Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 Looks great John, I'll be using that vinyl top technique on my current build (69 GTO). Really well done and thanks for sharing. Cheers, David. ??
STU111 Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 Looks great! Vinyl roof sets it off nicely. I gotta be brave enough to try a vinyl roof on one of my builds.
ncbuckeye67 Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 That looks amazing! Very clean well detailed build.
Mopar - D Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 Another excellent build John. Looks great in blue with the black top and white interior.
