Trust me...it's entirely possible to meet a jerk every day and it not be yoself.

At some times in a life, you may need to deal with the same jerk every single day...for a while, anyway.

EDIT: Which is why being able to keep your sense of humor while somebody repeatedly jabs you in the eye with a sharp stick is a survival skill.
