The cab/hood is from Global Scale Models and the rest is from the AMT Autocar Dump kit.  Inspiration was from a Brock owned by Joe Turco in RI which has been seen at Zagray Farm musuem as well as NE Rockbusters shows.  It wasn't a hard conversion, but the engine needed to be moved back 3/8" and the rear pivots for the dump body had to come forward a bit to move the body to the rear.  Front mudflaps on the body as had to move forward one rib.

That is beauty! Excellent work!

Thanks!  It was one of the easier Brockways I've done.

Wow, that is a cool build, well done, love the story for this truck.

Thanks, the original is well weathered and showing it's age but still running.  Got a ride in it last year, twin stick and loud!

It’s amazing what a good Quality Cab Conversation does for a starting point and makes a wonderful finish. Warren you did a great job on it the bed fits well like it was made for it. I’m honored to say I got to drive a real one almost like this one but it was gray with a black bed back in 1992. Thanks for sharing.

Nice conversion to an old heavy duty workhorse. Like the sharp contrasts in paint scheme and green interior color.

Thanks, most all Brockways of the time had the pale green interior.

Thanks, I have hopes of driving the one I based it on but I suspect the 2 stick trans will be a challenge.

I hope you get too there a neat truck. The 2 stick tranny is not as bad as you think it is just don’t over think it. On the one I drove I liked where the dome lights were one big dome light in each corner it like that little cab up very well.
