72 F and off the chart humidity. The pool was 82 yesterday.

I can't even consider doing any paint work right now.

It looks like it might rain later on.

73 degrees at 10:20 PM, very good air quality, 64% humidity. Supposed to be 85 tomorrow. Yeah, it's expensive to live here, but Northern California weather is usually great year round.

More of the same today. It never rained yesterday. Humidity is a bit lower.

I was doing garden work, watering plants and taking pool breaks.

Went to dinner with the girlfriend, came back and hit the pool. The water temperature was warmer than the air.

Mid to upper 90's but with the humidity heat index we blow well past 100. Bless who ever invented home air conditioning.

70 F at 6 AM. I did sleep with the windows open last night. It was breezy so I had to close the deck umbrellas just in case.

Overcast and looks like rain... with some luck. I think we have had maybe 3 days of significant rain all summer.

70 with an RH of 68. What a difference from a scorching Saturday just 3 days ago.

The upside is, I'll be taking my '66 Belair to a local cruise. The expected high will be around 75.

a bit cooler this week so far.  Yesterday was very nice, lower humidity.  Actually enjoyed sitting outside on the patio in the evening.

64 with a RH of 78 and overcast.we are supposed to get a drive by of hurricane Erin. The local surfers are excited, I may go down to the ocean for a look.

Nice and warm/sunny today. Hottest day this week is tomorrow, high of 26 degrees (celsius), should be a good, comfortable temperature in the evening tomorrow for the A&W car show. There's another on Saturday in Goulais River but the forcast has been switching all week from rain to sun on Saturday so I'm hoping the show'll happen. Right now switched to 40% rain, whereas this morning it was sun, whereas yesterday it was 60% rain and thunderstorm so I dunno.

I'm doing the happy rain dance!  As usual the iPhone weather app blows big chunks.

That was before going to the cruise, now during:

You know what, I'm outta here!

On my home, got 0.4" before sundown.

So finally we are getting the typical Monsoon thunderstorms.

58 F and less humid. We did get some wind from Erin that blew stuff out of the trees. My pool is a mess. Overall it feels more like October than August.

Went down to the ocean yesterday morning, no swimming of course. The surf was wicked. The pictures really don't capture it.

Try the AccuWeather app.  I’ve found it to be more accurate.

Wife and I got to sit on the back patio this morning after our workout at the Snap Fitness. 8 AM and only 65 degrees. Next week the talking head on TV says that the highs will be in the upper 70's for a change. Sure better than the high 90's with a heat index of over 100 that has been our summer.

Cold front slowly moving through. Forecast lows in the 60s through mid-week. A little rain through the weekend, sunny Monday etc.

Though we've had a few hot days in the high 90s, for the most part this summer has been one of the coolest I remember since '69.

Mild all year... though a few hot days, almost no rain.
