Just noticed some new kits listed today

1963 Ford F100 Four Sixes Ranch

1991 Ford Taurus

1977 Chevy Monza SS

Funny Hugger II Chevy Camaro Funny Car

1951 Chevy Custom Cruiser

1965 Dodge Coronet 500 Hemi

Bobby Issac 1972 Ford Torino Stock Car

Notice the Taurus isn't listed as a SHO, would be cool if they would too up some non SHO body parts for it, I’m not getting my hopes up but it would be cool

In regards to the Taurus, the last stock SHO release was 1990 with the new 6-spoke wheels, followed by two non-stock releases, Rescue 911 in 1993 and a Robocop re-release in 2003. My guess is a stock SHO kit with the police parts as non-advertised optional pieces. I will say I’m on the fence as to whether it is worth bringing back since I feel it’s a kit that doesn’t lend itself to great building options other than stock or a police car, and the second gen was the more popular SHO version, but I could be wrong.

The '63 F100 might be interesting. But the similar era Mobieus kits are pretty much the current gold standard.

Just a reissue of the kit that was retooled/reissued a couple years ago w/ the camper shell.   Interesting about the Four Sixes (6666) livery, that is an actual huge ranch in Texas, featured in a few episodes of 'Yellowstone' and to be featured in an upcoming series from the 'Yellowstone' creator that Is a co-owner of the 6666 ranch.

Not sure, but this is the '65 Dodge they've been showing as a prototype at shows for the last year or so.. the Polar Lights kit with the Hemi engine that was tooled up back when the other PL came out, but never released is what I've heard.

Probably just the same ol', same ol' with new box art.  The '51 kits always had some custom parts IIRC.

I may get the Taurus, assuming it ends up at Hobby Lobby. If I remember right, it went together pretty good, but the chrome headlight lenses looked horrible.

I built the Taurus kits back when they were new, nice kits.  Wouldn't mind seeing one of the Probe GT kits of that era again.

Round2 has been doing very well lately (and this was another expensive thread to open  ). The Monza and Camaro Funny Car are definitely "must have kits" and the '65 Coronet sounds interesting, too.

The Monza will be a good starter for some long over due pro stock projects of coarse I would like them to tool up a can-am style scoop . As for the Camaro f/c it has many short Cummings as the chassis is not really accurate for anything and the body has what appears to be a 69 front half with a 68 back half how ever it does have a nice 4 hole hillborn injector hat

Happy to see the Funny Hugger II Canaro back. Really hope it has cool decals.

Hoping the Monza SS is the one with the IMSA body kit and if it is, hopefully it will keep the stock parts in there too. I had the original and IIRC, it didn't include the stock front end, just the IMSA front.

Oddly most of those AMT "custom only" kits back then didn't include any performance engine parts but that won't be an issue now. 😉

A good license to get; a lot of places to go subject-wise in that TV property. Definite chain store bait.

Did MPC have one of these, too? How did they compare?

Yeah...there are diecast Ram pickups available w/ the Four Sixes livery.  The real ranch seems to have Fords.

It's going to be a re-release SHO.

I'm curious about this kit. I have a bunch of the Rescue 911 version that I plan to do as police cars. I commissioned canuck3D to make stock bumpers and police wheels for the kit, and I would say my Arizona Highway Patrol version came out looking okay after "de-SHOing":

I may pick up a re-release if the decal sheet looks good and it has some interesting new parts. Maybe I'll actually build it stock as a SHO version.
