TransAmMike Posted yesterday at 02:40 AM Posted yesterday at 02:40 AM My latest victim is this Lindberg 4-4-2. Wheels are Cragers printed by forum member Zippy for me on AMT red-lines. I added aluminum tubing for the tailpipe extensions. Paint is Createx deep red pearl over Stynylrez gray primers. The pictures actually show it a bit lighter red than it actually is. Clear is Slash 2K, my first use of it. Thanks for looking and of course comments welcome 🙂 17 1

meechum68 Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Well, you still killed it! Look forward to your next build Mike!
bisc63 Posted yesterday at 06:50 AM Posted yesterday at 06:50 AM Great looking build of a sharp car! Simply gorgeous in red. 1
Zippi Posted yesterday at 01:11 PM Posted yesterday at 01:11 PM Holy smokes Buddy...the ole 442 is looking killer. That 2k clear makes it shine like a new penny. I'm diggin it.
STU111 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Sharp looking Olds there. Lots to like about this one. 👍🏻
AMT68 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago The Createx paint looks great Mike as does the entire assembly. Kudos to Zippi's efforts on the wheels.
Dragonhawk1066 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago That's a nice looking Olds Mike! I might have to look into that deep pearl red as I'm looking for a nice deep water-based metallic red.
Kah puts Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Oh man I’ve been waiting for one of these in red, I think it’s just about the best colour you could find for this Oldsmobile. What a great build, thanks for sharing 👍
dphipps Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Nice looking 442, I really like the staggered width wheels. I remember building (destroying) this one as a kid. Lately I've been eyeing up the AMT version at Michael's when they've got their 40% off coupon
