crispy Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 Lots of good stuff! Put me down for the 458, one each DTM, the Kenworth wrecker and the Peterbilt. Looks like a big year in models! Chris
Zoom Zoom Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 (edited) 458 Italia. Oh yeah. Would be nice if the Austin Healey reissue had the original racing parts included again (roll bar, chopped windscreen, tonneau cover). Seems like Revell AG is out to put the smackdown on Fujimi & Tamiya, with the timely subject matter. Edited January 1, 2010 by Zoom Zoom
MrObsessive Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 I LOVE the 458 Italia! Nice to see that one being kitted! The addition of the Austin Healey is great too--------missed out on that one years ago.
Rob Hall Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 Looking forward to the 458 Italia. The A4 DTM race cars will be nice also..
Foxer Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 Does Revell have a place showing any of these items? I did look, but no success
Rob Hall Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 The Revell AG site makes no mention of '10 releases as far as I can see, so I assume Gasman's source for this information is somewhere else.
crispy Posted January 1, 2010 Posted January 1, 2010 (edited) It was noted at a IPMS website through Germany. I suspect Revell AG must have had a list of stuff at that show. It all does seem viable though. Chris Edited January 1, 2010 by crispy

charlie8575 Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 I'll take one of the Healys, anyway. I like English sports cars. Charlie Larkin
jbwelda Posted January 4, 2010 Posted January 4, 2010 i want a Unimog! how many piece body on that Healey? separate sides and top?
vizio93 Posted January 6, 2010 Posted January 6, 2010 Good to see the DTM cars coming out, and I hope the ZR1 goes together good. As for the 458, I might have to get a couple of them. One would have to be in white. I LOVE white Ferrari's
greentowtruck Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 I'd take a couple each of the Kenworth K-900 Wrecker and the Peterbilt 353
Guest Sickfish Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 You can add a couple of the 458's to my list too....but on that IMPS site we're looking at August this year at the earliest....i've got a feeling Tamiya's version will be out before that. Considering they have pretty much cornered the market on up-scale Ferraris, i'd hold out on spending any $$ on Revell's 458, if in fact it doe's hit the shelves before Tamiya's version doe's. But hey, that's just my opinion & i solely base that on Tamiya's proven track record of producing fantastically detailed/molded kits.... Cheers, Cliff!
Rob Hall Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 I'd expect Fujimi to do a 458 before Tamiya...Tamiya hasn't done a new Ferrari in a long time, Fujimi has been putting out a lot of Ferrari kits in recent years..
crispy Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 I'm not even expecting a release from Tamiya. I can see one from Fujimi. The last Ferrari by Tamiya was the FXX, barring the F60 in 1/20 scale. RoG's kits have really been coming along nicely. I look forward to them. Chris
Guest Sickfish Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 Guys i agree with you there but Fujimi's Ferrari kits rarely, if ever, have come with an engine or any great detail, to make a really good model. I've got a feeling that Tamiya might re-enter the Ferrari scene with the 458... i hope! By the way...i'm hoping to get my filthy hands on ROG's Ferrari California kit...soon! Cheers Cliff!
Jon Cole Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 For those of us not into Ferrari model ID... here is the 458 Italia:
RyanSilva Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Heavy duty trailer!!! wreckers!!! unimog!!! woo no more OOP ridiculous prices
F1tommy Posted February 4, 2010 Posted February 4, 2010 Revell is really starting to make very nice kits. I just finished the Ferrari Cali 1/24th kit, and the parts were well thought out and assembly very easy. I built it for the Ferrari Expo 2010 coming in April.
