High octane Posted December 8, 2011 Share Posted December 8, 2011 While I'm not really excited about the re-issued Myers Manx kit at all,I'll probably buy one as I'd like to put in a 'Vair engine into it istead of the VW power, or it'll just sit in the pile like so many other plastic purchases I've made of the years. Nitro Neil Posted December 8, 2011 Share Posted December 8, 2011 Yeah, I want one, although I can't for the life of me think of a good reason why - it's not a drag car, it's not a hot rod, I'm not a big fan of kit-type VW-powered cars, and I will probably never build it. If knew then how long it was really going to be, I probably would have sprung for one. Of course that one is long gone. then picked up a build up with box at a swap meet about 14 years ago. But looking forward to picking up one of the new ones anyway.
