mrmike Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 This is the AMT '68 Hemi Road Runner painted with MCW Electric Blue Metallic with a black interior.
Harry P. Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 That's cool, but why no mirrors (inside or out)??? Nice detailing on that rear taillight panel...
george 53 Posted July 17, 2011 Posted July 17, 2011 Oh HECK yeah, Mike!!! THAT is Big Barb's car down to the MONEY!!!! GREAT job on this one, as usual!
mrmike Posted July 17, 2011 Author Posted July 17, 2011 Thanks everyone! Harry, I forgot to add the mirrors on the outside. I didn't add the interior mirror since I thought it was too big and I didn't have a proper size mirror in my parts box. New pictures showing the added side view mirror and additional detailing on the hub caps.
Mopar - D Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 Really nice build on your Road Runner Mike. I've been following your build on this one glad to see it finished again it looks great.
MyBradKeselowski Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 Beautiful and great looking Roadrunner I like the color and those steelies...
W-409 Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 Now I can say that it's finally finished! Great job with it, this gets me back building my SuperBee... Great color and paintjob looks good too. Steelies are just perfect wheel choice to this one, they fit very nicely with Hemi engine. Detailing is great all over. Really nice build, there is nothing to complaine.

Mr. Moparman Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 (edited) Um, not to "nick pick" but the horn is suppoesed to be a light purple. You also forgot a drop of white paint iin the ceter of the steering wheel to simulate the trade mark horn button. "Beep, Beep" Edited July 25, 2011 by Mississippi Resins
FASTBACK340 Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 Are those dog dish hub caps from the kit or aftermarket? If they are from the kit, which is it? I need a set of `68 Plymouth dog dish caps for a project.
