Lunajammer Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 Sort of falls into the "Can vs. Should" category.
Junkman Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 obviously didn't mask the tires ........ The car gives me the impression he rather masks himself?

CEKPETHO BCE Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 That's the new Corvette Street Sleeper Evolution prototype!!!! Comes with a 1500hp v16 and stealth technology so it's impossible to see it on a radar!!

Rob McKee Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 What you are looking at is GM's new retro corvette design.
Chuck Most Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 Still the best looking late-model 'Vette I've ever seen.

Rob McKee Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 I don't mean to argue, but I think that was a prototype "Corvette C .5" that was meant to bring Corvette ownership to a wider audience by combining classic Corvette styling, with an efficient front-drive subcompact. Just what America needed with $4 gas, right???? This was a can't-miss proposition. Sadly this revolutionary concept was scrapped by the bankruptcy and reorg. "CURSE YOU, GOVERNMENT MOTORS!!!!!!" I am really upset to hear the concept isn't making it to production. I had a space for this car right next to my 1998 Pontiac Aztec. I am sure I won't have to wait long.
The Modeling Hermit Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 With a little work it would make a fun car for a futuristic movie; hopefully far enough into the future that I'd be loooooooooooooooong gone.
David G. Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Aside from the Corvette clip tacked on the back and a couple of extra fins on the spoiler, I don't see that it differs much from some of the other tooners I see driving around Phoenix. Now if there was some way to mount the wheels on the roof and drive it and drive it down the road on the outer edges of the rims... that would be different! David G.
