I'de like to see an article about making correct inner tubes with a follow up on how to insert them without pinching them against the rims. There could be links for where to get country correct air to inflate them.

Well, I'm working on it. Trouble is... would 35 psi in 1:25 scale be the same as 35 psi in 1:1? :P

I haven't received my Special Interiors issue yet. Has someone finally addressed the proper thread count for the herringbone twill in the 58 Henderson?

I thought it was the 58 Henway...not Henderson.

You don't have to worry about threadcount on the seats of the Scripps-Booth Mosquito, it had the new and improved Gel seats... ;)

As long as we are tossing things out there, when are we going to start addressing correct "scale weight" in our replicas?

I hear that'll be in the March issue. Right between the realistic main seal leak how-to and the tutorial on what shade of off-chrome is correct for the heater hose clamps on a '69 Nova.

will that include "Making the Correct Size Muffler Bearings" and "Adding the Correct Day-n-Night Rear-view Mirror Lever" ?

12 volts is still 12 volts in 1/25 scale. However, in order to get the amperage right you have to use 1/25 scale electrons!

Q: What's a Henway?

A: About 3 pounds.

Ahh...thank you for playing.

I'm just guessing you've heard of the "potfur" also...

What would 87 octane be in 1/24th 25th scale , yep I build both, so I need to know for both scales

That depends on the spark plug gap that you're using!

it would still be 87 octane but you'd have to have a really small plug gap or a really large coil or just go with HEI.
