Greg Pugh Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 You must not have met Mr Bare-Metal yet. A little foil would really bring those alive. Great looking builds.
1320wayne Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Great looking builds. Cool photo spot also.
Models by Bear Posted December 12, 2011 Author Posted December 12, 2011 You must not have met Mr Bare-Metal yet. A little foil would really bring those alive. Great looking builds. Yes Greg I agree but me and Mr BMF don't get along that well but with the 56 it's going to get it all around the windows and the trim Thanks for the comments guys
Draggon Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Nice work! Im sorta surprised how good that Pete looks in pink.
Sixties Sam Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 They're all nice builds. I really like the two tone Camaro and the rusty panel truck. Very nice work! Sam
jeffs396 Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Those are all great builds Chris! I especially like the rusty Ford panel...did you or would you do a tutorial on how you did the rusting? VERY realistic!
Dr. Cranky Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 That Camaro and Ford Panel Truck are amazing. I see rust and shine also course in your veins! Great work. Get ready for 2012. Let there be more eye candy.
Models by Bear Posted December 13, 2011 Author Posted December 13, 2011 Again thanks for the comments . Jeff I did not do a tutorial but I just might on the next one. And yes Dr rust and shine course in my veins .More rust next year trying to build a junkyard dioroma

heatride Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Chris those are all very nice . I just got a package today with the 66 nova , so I was putting the old chicken eye on yours pretty hard .
Models by Bear Posted December 16, 2011 Author Posted December 16, 2011 Aww yes, long live rust. "rust never sleeps" I just bought the 66' Nova again, i really like that one. I built that one gave it to my wifes uncle. Now i'm going build it and keep it for myself.
Monty Posted December 17, 2011 Posted December 17, 2011 Congratulations on having such a productive year! Lotsa neat stuff to see here, but I especially liked the F250 (great interior color choice) and the Camaro (killer two-tone effect). I don't care what Virgil says, keep the rust away from those two! Quick question: what paint did you use for the lower half of the '66 wagon?
Models by Bear Posted December 17, 2011 Author Posted December 17, 2011 Quick question: what paint did you use for the lower half of the '66 wagon? I used Model Maters Teal over Testors silver.
gseeds Posted December 19, 2011 Posted December 19, 2011 man i dig that rusted ford panel !!! nice !!
Chuck Most Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 Ford panel is my favorite- looks like it's been sitting in a weed choked fencerow for the last 40 years. And I mean that as a complement. Not saying I don't like the others, but that one and the red Ford pickup stick out to me.
Dr. Cranky Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 Is that a real turtle in the background? Lol!
Sixx Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 Yeah, & it looks like a cricket ( dead ) laying next to the 66 wagon!! LOL!! Nice work on the models!!!
