jeffs396 Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 Wow is that nice Andy! Super realistic details!
peter31a Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Fantastic build! Very sharp Ford and love the colour and detail.
The Modeling Hermit Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 That's too incredibly well built to be a model. You've got a shrink ray, and if you don't let me borrow it, I'm going to find the owner of this car and let him know that you shrunk it down and have it. LOL
bbowser Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Great looking replica. Nice color, just enough extra detail under the hood. Impressive, I like it a lot!
JB_Hobbies Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Looks like it just rolled off of the dealer lot! beautiful build! JB
Sixties Sam Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Great build! Nice color, and the engine bay detail is one of the best I've ever seen! Sam
Haubenschild Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Beautiful! , so much detail and the BMF and paint look tremendous!
jbwelda Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 beautiful and have to agree on the foil, super job.
MrObsessive Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 That is one of the nicest '60 Fords I've seen on this board! Great color, and one not too often seen even in the 1:1 world.
roadhawg Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Probably the best build of this kit I've ever seen. I salute you, sir!
dalepadgett Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 looks like it just rolled of the showroom floor
realgone58 Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Beautiful! Love the color choice and engine detail.
62rebel Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 i had a Starliner when i was in the Navy; my shipmates called it the "batmobile" because of the sweeping lines and the fins... (not very imaginative for Navy guys, now that i think on it)... it was Wimbledon white with a black roof center, white side reveals, and a two-tone blue interior, with late '70's Thunderbird polycast rims. i made a replica of it minus the rims right after this kit came out... it was a fun car to drive, always turned heads, and never got left behind on the freeway, with it's 352 4v..... sadly, all that remains of that car is a pair of fender scripts and the radio that i put in my '61 Falcon.
Leadworks Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 To Real to be a Model......but it is....GREAT Job.....
CaptainAhab Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Super attention to detail, and the bmf looks right on the money! Great job on a sweet, overlooked, and underappreciated Ford.
John Goschke Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Outstanding work as always, Andy! Very inspirational!
Darin Bastedo Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Very well done. Your detailing looks so real. The only thing that keeps it from looking 100% real is the limitations of the plastic medium. I've never seen this kit built better.
