bsoder Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 We have a cast of characters here don't we? Bob Well Bob I've found that modelers in general are a cast of characters mostly anyways!..in a good way of course so here's me
oldscool Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 OK, I will now uncover my true identity. grumpy gus
Scale-Master Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Only picture I could find already hosted... What are the odds there'd be a Super 7 in it?
2whl Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 I haven't posted here much, yet. But here is a picture taken about 6 months ago with a little fellow who had been abandoned.
stump Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 What a great thread.........now just sit back, take a goooood long drink, close one eye, and squint with the other...... This is from about 6-7 years ago, I've gotten much taller now, and more closely resemble Arnie Swatzisname.......
VW Dave Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 I'm usually the guy behind the camera, so this is the most current pic I could find: Import Carlisle, spring 2009. I'm the guy on the left, and the more worldly fella on the right is Bruce Meyers. To answer the question on my shirt - yes...yes, we do.
crazyjim Posted March 23, 2011 Posted March 23, 2011 Oh what the heck. I met Natalya at O'Hare airport in Chicago last year. I'm in the middle and have no idea who the guy on the is. Probably some pervert.
Pete J. Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 The kids and I out for an afternoon of aviating for my birthday last year.
lowriderphil Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 Okay you asked for it, taken at 4am after a 9 hour shift delivering them pizzas and subs, I'm a little tired and my I eyes are hurting as I have spent the last hour prior to the pic waxing a few bodies.
oldscool Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 OK, no more joking around. This is the real me. Does the Irish heritage show just a wee bit gus
Mooneyzs Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Figured it was about time I post a pic.... Me: Me when I am painting:
Modlbldr Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 (edited) Well, I wasn't trying to make a big deal of her. I just figured if she was in Jim's pic, she must be someone famous. Since I'm not into wrestling, I didn't know her. BTW- My wife ran into Ben Stein at the Spokane Airport once. He was busy putting a voice message on a girl's phone by saying "Bueller, Bueller." Maybe if we drop it and get back on topic it will all go away. Here I are. Later- Edited March 29, 2011 by Modlbldr

Jim Gibbons Posted March 31, 2011 Posted March 31, 2011 I guess I'm late to the party, but this was a good idea. It's nice to put a face to the handle. Here's a few: October '63... Christmas, '65; playing with the train set I received. The back end of the Hess truck in the left side was my gift the previous year, the first issue. I still have it. Sadly, the train set is long gone. I wasn't into scale fidelity back then! A fairly recent one...
