I don't think it's San Francisco. Looks like somewhere overseas. It just seems that a paved area like where the car sits wouldn't slope down so much toward the water as the area on the other side.

It is a model . The headlight covers are missing . These nose dimples for the lights would be aerodymically disastorous ! Not installed by the builder . The background is Lower Stuibbonia . Thanx Harry ...

Photoshop image, or an ugly custom car. It's not a production car that I'm aware of.

I'm going against the grain on this one, I think the paint build up on the lower edge of the door is just a bit to much for it to be a real car, & I think the panel alignment is just a little too far out of range for a car of this quality.
