Nick Winter Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Wanted to do another TMP car. So I thought here's 40 years difference. 1957 & 1997 Nick
martinfan5 Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 (edited) Good job Nick, I always like the TMPD markings, same for the RCMP, very colorful, is the light bar from the Ecto 1a kit? Whos decals did you use? Edited August 14, 2012 by martinfan5
Haubenschild Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Fantastic build Nick! Have you ever thought about doing a 70's RCMP police car?
charlie8575 Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Very nice job, Nick. You keep improving. Charlie Larkin
Badluck 13 Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Awesome job Nick!!!,very clean build, nice details on the trim with the correct chrome/black treatment......
Intmd8r Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Hmmmm..... I usually try to avoid these cars when I'm in the GTA.......
peter31a Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Great job, Nick! They are both very well done.
W-409 Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Very cool! Your building skills have improved a lot since you joined here. It's great to see the improvement of those skills, in your builds or in other's builds too. Good job with this one, great paint and decals fit nicely. Very nicely assembled Model, too. I can't see any parts that wouldn't fit together.
kruleworld Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Nice job. you need to do a Dodge Diplomat Toronto as well. (hint get the diecast 1/24 to redo). it's funny they used to be yellow. i wonder how many new yorkers jumped in the back and said "take me to the airport", thinking it was a taxi!!
PARTSMARTY Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 i've been building for 47 years and what i like about your building the most is consistency and how much better you get quickly.you must love building as much as the rest of us.only negative is that i won't be surprised when i see you in the contest annual one day-lol. congrats!!!
Rusty Sierra Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 I've seen the back seat of these a few times and can tell you this looks just like the 1:1
