mrmike Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 This is the 1969 Pontiac GTO The Judge, painted with Model Master Hugger Orange with a black interior.
charlie8575 Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 Came out very nicely. I think I'm going to try that pin bit for the side-markers on my Revell Charger. Oh, and I watched Sledge Hammer because I was 11 and laughed my head off. Charlie Larkin
Chief Joseph Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Great job and I like that vanity plate Weird how the natural light makes the paint look like Cardinal Red from 1970 instead of the orange Carousel Red; maybe your camera's white balance is off a little?
Erik Smith Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Great looking GTO Mike. It does look red in these photos - but still nice, clean and smooth. I second the wheels looking great - they look like the real deal. Splendid build.
1972coronet Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 NICE !!! That Hugger Orange really pops ! Those Redline tyres are righteous ; and those Pontiac Ralley II wheels are perfectly painted !!
mrmike Posted November 23, 2012 Author Posted November 23, 2012 Thanks for the nice comments guys! Yeah, the color appears to be somewhat red in some of my pics and that must be the camera's fault. It does say to point and shoot!
crazyjim Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 I'm loving all these SHINY :) builds being posted. It's like being in heaven. Excellent looking build.

Sixties Sam Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Really nice GTO! Great interior and engine detail. Good work! Sam
mrmike Posted November 30, 2012 Author Posted November 30, 2012 Thanks Sam, Dirk, and Danno! If there is one thing I would change about this build would be to have added heater hoses. Oh well, maybe next time...
Geno Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 (edited) What a fantastic build of one of the greatest muscle cars ever. Edited July 19, 2013 by Geno
