You could probably "fake" it with some thin strips punched with holes and glued to the frame and creative painting

Got a pair of 2 wheel drive conversion sets for the MPC squarebody trucks... Now to get a Sod Buster and a 2 wd transmission to build a model of a special truck I had a hand in helping to restore before my uncle passed away a couple years later

What’s the quality like on those conversions? Been thinking of buying a couple but the price has me a little bit put off.

When working out of town I always hit up the local Walmart, mainly looking for HotWheels. I stopped at the one in Athens Tennessee today and looked at hot wheels. Didn’t find anything that I wanted so as I turned around to leave there they were on an end cap behind me.

The Camaro was $11, Demon was $15, Coronet Vert was $17 so I doubled down and got 6 kits out the door for basically $15.83 each.

My thoughts exactly, seem a bit pricey. But I did buy two sets of his Saleen wheels.

What makes this an Z28 E? Not familiar with the E part.

'E' designated Export, primarily for Europe on the 1:1 3rd gen.  Not sure what the visible differences would have been (perhaps mirrors, rear fog lights, amber turn signals, wide license plate brackets. etc maybe?), but I don't think Monogram provided them.

Swung by a local vintage shop yesterday and found this gem. Hardly cost more than a new kit.

The body is a bone stock 72 Charger Hardtop with no door indents and not a Rallye like the MPC (Rod Shop) annual.

Got an order in from Texas 3D. The 57 ford F100 conversion set for the AMT 60 Ford and an off road set with driving lights and winch. The price is good, they were well packaged, and they arrived quickly and with no damage.

They seem alright. Will know whenever I get to using them for a project. They I believe is a mold of the original parts. He has the conversion for the 78 parts available to...

E stood for Europe ,i know one main difference was no louvers on the hood.

I wanted these specific Pegasus wheels and the only place I could find multiple sets was out of the US from Mark Twain Hobby Centre on ebay.
