hotrodplastic Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 I don't know about this...I guess it's about the hunt,but what about all the time spent,and gas used to chase around to G.Sales Flea markets are okay as there is sometimes other cool stuff(like tools) and such.If you find a grail that's icing on the cake though. Even the gas spent I still save money... Well lets see....6 of the models found are 1/16 scale which retail for around $50-60.. And 31 models at the average price of $20.. So to buy all these kits in the store it would have cost $950.00..... I think a little gas money is no where near that amuont... LAone Posted October 22, 2011 Share Posted October 22, 2011 i got less sleep than usual due to having to wake up at 630 to push my car out of the garage before coming to work, cause of the stupid HOA wanting to replace the garage door. to make it worse, it's my daughters 8th b-day party today and im going to miss out on half the day waiting for these dirtbags to finish. my wife is pissed! im just glad we are moving out on the following weekend.
