Built this Edsel about two years ago and started the dio for it about a year and a half ago. Then it ended up a the shelf along side my garage dio. Since I'm headed to the NNL East, I wanted to take this and the garage dio to the show this year. This little dio is almost complete, just needs a few extras and it'll be ready to go. Then it's on to the garage dio!

That is really well done! And such attention to detail... like the dirt around the door knob and the broken headlight. Little stuff like that takes it beyond the typical "diorama."

I truthfully would have never noticed the headlight. These type of dioramas are so awesome because you find new things every time you look at it.

There's a lot to like there. The things that most impressed me right away are the paint wear on the walls and that door! I'm always looking at things like that to see how stuff in the 1:1 world appears after long-term use and abuse. My only nit to pick would be that there are no dents or scrapes in the door.

This is such a nice treat for us members. Now I've got to go look at your other dioramas.

I'm so impressed..... and depressed at the same time. Why can't my dios look like this?

Unbelievable work.

...thanks everyone for the kind words and positive feedback. It feels really good to be working on the dio's again. Got some incentive when I decided to take them to the show!
