Ace-Garageguy Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 A 427 with two 4bbls ?? Guy I know built one of these in 1:1 with a big LS motor, and it screams. I like what you're doing.
Jantrix Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 Started this the other day....... Guess what engine is going under this hood! A slant six!
Guest Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 (edited) I would guess the 377 from the 63 Corvette Grand Sport kit. Edited July 28, 2013 by midnightprowler
PappyD340 Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 Yeah I like the sound of the 502 big block myself, but why don't you break the suspence and go ahead and tell, please, please, please!!!
slusher Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 What ever you put under the hood it will be a great build. Your builds are always impressive James...
James2 Posted July 28, 2013 Author Posted July 28, 2013 Well I will say it does have a 7 in it, and something like this. But 377!
Wonderbread Kustomz Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 Well I will say it does have a 7 in it, and something like this. But 377! Ooh... Nice!

Bill, Are you talking about that green Nova with the LS motor that was in Hot Rod Magazine? There was a model of that sold on eBay last year.
James2 Posted August 11, 2013 Author Posted August 11, 2013 (edited) Not a lot, but an update non-the less. Set the ride height and stance, hinged the hood, got the engine (427) assembled and began painting... Edited August 12, 2013 by James2
MikeyB08 Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Bummer... Only guess I had for an engine was "Hopes And Dreams". Looks great thus far. 377 looks awesome! Looking forward to seeing more.
James2 Posted August 12, 2013 Author Posted August 12, 2013 I should have mentioned, it is a 427 from the Revell 67 Corvette conv. kit.
Guest Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Looking good. If you are not using the kit hood hinges, I'll take them off your hands.
Deathgoblin Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Awww.... no Cadillac V-12? This looks really great. That would make a wicked race car.
Jeremy Jon Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Always like a badazz Nova, weber intake looks great!
