James2 Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 (edited) Holiday weekends often make for extra bench time, so I just about finished this one up. 69 Nova, hood and engine from a Revell 1963 427 Corvette convertible. Wheels and tires from my PB. Tamiya TS-19 Blue, cut up red decals and some different shade washes. (Need better lighting.) I need to still do a few things under the hood and will post those pictures later. Thanks for looking. Edited September 3, 2013 by James2
Albie D Posted September 2, 2013 Posted September 2, 2013 Nice! James, I bought some 5500k photography lights from ALZO digital. About 40 dollars shipped for the pair. Then I made a diffuser plate out of an old picture frame and a thin sheet of tracing paper. After goofing around with my camera settings, I want to shoot all my builds again! Money well spent. Build looks great btw!
