Jim Whalen Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Hi, A really good build - it'd take a long time looking at all the pictures to appreciate all the great work you've done on this one!
truckabilly Posted October 11, 2013 Author Posted October 11, 2013 Thank you all very much for your kind words. I enjoyed every minute spent at my work bench with this build. There´s a lot of things on the model that I could have done better but that might easily change in never ending story. And new ideas for another builds are knocking on my door already. I just placed the model in my show-case. And it still doesn´t have the front mud flaps..... oh, what a shame! Thank you for your interest and support. It helps a lot and gives me the will to bring it home. Thanks a lot.
tbill Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 ........shaking my head........ no front mud flaps...... you march right out there and put them on......now........or no new builds for you!
Helix Posted October 12, 2013 Posted October 12, 2013 Outstanding build, love the details, very realistic!
griffin Posted October 14, 2013 Posted October 14, 2013 Yes i have said before, but this truck is really amazing. Wish i was half as good as you...... Incredible details, i learned a lot of you. gr christiaan
Heartattaq Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Man, another great build, after browsing the big rig section this morning I am really getting interested in trying my own. Love the scratchbulding The dtu and headache rack are absolutely spectacular and the weathering is crazy. Wonderful job, I am a impressed by the scratch build work. Hope I can build up to that level of talent some day.
