Okay, so I don't know my facts when it comes to the lengths of American and Canadian cars. Guilty as charged . . . Sorry guys ! That is a nice Electra you have there Steve, and you must be proud to have the car in your family since 1974. David Thanks Dave but I no longer have it. After my aunt passed away, my uncle Steve asked if he could have it back to work on to keep himself busy and his mind off other things. What could I say? ?

Difficult decision to let the Electra go Steve, but you did the right thing ! David

The owner is a neighbor. He bought it like this, he'd built his own cars for decades and said he just wanted his last car already finished. 1
imarriedawitch Posted July 10, 2023 Posted July 10, 2023 (edited) Saw a '70 something Ford Maverick today driving in the lane next to me. Kind of reminded me of one I saw auctioned at Barrett-Jackson, Las Vegas 2017. Edited July 10, 2023 by imarriedawitch 1

Especially the front spoiler looks some cheap.

Ulf Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 A beautiful Nova with a hot small block was standing outside the door when I went out. Such a nice chat and look under the bonnet that I was almost late for lunch. 1

Richard Bartrop Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Funny or not, I'd still snap one up if they even made a 1/24 kit.
