48 Degrees Monday morning and going to be 50 this morning with a 82 high temp. So glad Fall is a week or so away....

Same in Pennsylvania.  The leaves have started to come down and it's become a chore to fish them out of the pool.  I hoped to get another week or two out of the pool season, but I fear it's time to close it up!

I got both My Camera and "Lawn Mower" repaired. So I used the Camera to take a Picture of the Mower! The Mower is a Ford 1510

Yea, a whole 84 degrees out. Around here you need to mow twice a year. Now once the Grass starts to go to seed after the Monsoon and again after Winter, once the Winter Grass also goes to Seed.

Got new auto and home insurance for 400.00 less a year. Better coverage as well. Hard to do that nowadays.

We got those kind of savings through AMAC.

Found out the Miniature Poodle that was beaten and found in a dumpster is doing great and playing some. If it had not been white it would not have been found. Expected to make a full recovery...

What's this "sunset" thing you speak of?

G

Wayne it's like the start of a Slow Total Power Failure where all the lights fade in one direction and turn Orange, Red and finally when Sunset is done there's a thing called Night when everywhere it's Black with lots of tiny white lights above. ;)

I've got a Sister in Law and one of her Kids that live in Vegas. My Wife and I on the other hand, well it's 5 miles to the nearest Street light and the closest business to is a Guest Ranch.

We participated in the Inverness (FL) Friday Night Thunder last night with our Mustang and friends with their '35 Chevy coupe.  Cars, people, dinner, weather were all fantastic.

At least I live in Henderson, up in the mountains south of town. Even at that there's no shortage of illumination. MrsG and I are already looking for a more remote location. I can do that and only be a few miles further out than I already am.

Wow. Sometimes I really think Arizona just might be heaven.:D

It ain't ! At least not in the summer. Feels more like the "other" place in the summer. We are about to turn the corner weather wise and it will be beautiful.  Ed's photos sure are nice .

Well Ray kinda depends on your location with those Summer Temps. We generally only hit 100 on a couple of days a year and at that not for long. At ~4.7K ft we've got over 3K feet of elevation on you folks in the Valley of the Too Hot Sun!:P Glad you like the Pictures, Thanks.

It sounds like Florida. A couple of months in Spring and a couple in the fall are ideal. In the Winter it can get cold and even freeze. In the Summer, it get's too hot and humid.

I worked in Kingman on and off for a couple of years a while back.

Same incredible skies as Ed's pics. At 3300 ft, In the hottest part of summer in an open (shaded) aircraft hangar, it was never as uncomfortable as working outside here (Georgia) in mid-80deg. F weather, and in winter I never had to wear more than a light sweater and a leather jacket in the mornings. Almost never put the top up on the car, and was almost always able to work outside comfortably on winter afternoons.

Soon as I cut loose enough of the anchors keeping me here, I'll probably go back out there to semi-retire.
