Found out today that tomorrow my sister is taking my wife and I to Longhorn Steakhouse for a free meal for all our help with her move to Arizona from Chicago and for helping her paint every room in her new place. Steak, yummmmm

Thanks Jim. I always order medium well. Don't always get medium well but that's what I ask for. I shouldn't probably say this but I put ketchup on it, can't stand steak sauce. : )

Ketchup on steak? Maybe it's a desert thing.

Don't know....I wouldn't do it. I like mine medium, sometimes w peppercorns. I like Worcestershire sauce or a good steak sauce. Some people put catsup on hamburgers, I use it as a dip for fries..

I was "out & about" with my better half today and we stopped at Portillo's for lunch, and that pleased me as it's been 'bout 2 1/2 weeks since I've been to a Portillo's. Still great food in my book.

Stopped to fill up my 200 tonight and paid $2.33/gal gor E85 (even regular was only $3.43/gal!), then when I went in to get my change, I saw this new limited edition flavor in their F'real milkshake machine.......

I "pay at the pump" almost always, and I like it better that way.

I've been working in New Jersey so I'm buying my gas there. 10-20 cents a gallon cheaper than Pennsylvania and they pump it for ya! I'd much rather check my email than pump the friggin gas!

Steak... Medium Rare order usually gets me Medium. I like it pink in the middle. If it's been seasoned nicely, I won't put anything else on it. Hamburgers, kinda stuck with catsup in fast food restaurants. When I go to Five Guys or cook on the grill, I like a robust barbecue sauce on mine. I try not to salt anything, and use catsup minimally. If the fries have a nice taste, I won't put anything on them. There are a few places we go that do nice crisp fries I will eat plain. I also like vinegar on fries! A board walk thing!

I like vinegar on fries when I have fish n chips. When I want to be really decadent, I like melted cheese on fries. Or Greek style fries w/ feta as a side for gyros..

I don't use salt too often either for health reasons plus there is a lot of sodium in ketchup.

Me either. I was one of those guys who would salt food before tasting it. My father used to yell at me. Then my sodium went up and I stopped cold turkey. Same with putting sugar in coffee. Hard at first, but you get used to it and it tastes normal.

I like paying cash, plus then I wouldn't find things like what's in my last post!

I never pay cash because I don't carry much. It used seems to disappear. I use my debit card for everything I can. That way I can pretend I didn't pay that much for gas! And while my money still disappears, at least I know why!

I don't have/want a debit card (least it won't get hacked!), and only one station takes checks.......and they were closed and usually more expensive.

Not really a worry now a days.. credit card or debit card... banks take the hit immediately, not you. Recently my wife got a new debit card in the mail from our bank. The letter said her card was compromised recently, taken care of, and to just activate the new card and stop using the old one within 10 days.

Check your e-mails instead of pumping gas? Dude, there's MUCH more to life than a screen.

I would rather do nearly anything than pump gas. I can check my email, or sometimes I even use the bathroom!

Great weather today, rode the Shovelhead to Indy, got the new Aug-Sept issue of MCM, and I thought our local Meijer store had discontinued models a month ago but they had only moved them!

And got the new, black rim matching matte black chassis plates on my Wheely King based monster truck hearse Grave Robber.

Here's what the parts are supposed to resemble.
