Racing Champions is also going to come back and produce a line of kits called "Meh, Close Enough" or MCE for short. They will be producing the only market option for the 2000 Chevy Malibu in base trim, though some say it resembles a 1985 K Car that was left in the mold too long, the company's president has replied "Meh, close enough."

Jo Han is reopening it's doors and will be popping out kits.

Do not tease us like that. That's considered cruel and unusual punishment. And we in the good old U.S. of A. are protected by our Constitution against "cruel and unusual punishment."

Yeah, I could spend a couple of gazillion dollars (well, enough to buy) on all those kits, but there's the old "When the $%&& am I gonna get to build them?" gremlin on my shoulder...

But I do think a "fully operating", 1/32 scale howitzer has it's merits. I wonder what the range is?

Revell will fulfil all our wish lists in 2015.... ?

Coincidentally I saw a pig take off from my local airport just yesterday.... ?

Mr. Mesner, I've never seen the Renwal Mustang GT kit before. You say it has a chopped-top? How much of a chop? And do you or others out there have any photos of this kit? I could find nothing of it in a Google search.

Boy, the roof on the Revell (maybe Renwal?) 1/12th scale Mustang and Shelby kits does look like it's chopped in the "C" pillar area. It just doesn't look right.

The nose is too flat too, like it hit a wall, IMHO the only right thing to do is,to recycling that tool.

Yea, your right about that front end too. The more I look at it, the worst it gets.

Come to think of it, I HAVE a 1/12 Mustang. A '67 Fastback. My grandfather gave it to me back in the day--I think he paid $5 or something for it at the Ford dealer. The go dear today.

Having had first hand experience, I can tell everyone here it lives up to your (low) expectations! Flat nose, chopped roof, A-pillars that are brittle and twist 45º (weird), slab sided rear fenders, doors that wont line up, and a ride height more fitting for a Hummer. Here is the best I could do with it with *alot* of work:

The '67 was made by a company called Wen-Mac, as a promotional item for Ford. A buddy of mine found an unused decal sheet for one of those...sold it on eBay for stupid crazy money. Maybe the underbody from the Renwal/Revell kit could be pieced into one of those...

Yup, that's it. Ran on batteries or you could send off for an adapter kit to run it on a model airplane engine. They also did a '65 or '66 coupe. Every coupe I've ever seen was molded in Poppy Red (orange) and every '67 GT I've seen is like mine, molded in a grayish turquoise with white interior. When I was a kid, I had it posed in my room with my Aurora Man From UNCLE figures, which were also 1/12 scale. And I still have all that stuff, believe it or not!
