Following warm on the heels of my recent '63, comes this 64 Impala, also done with an AMT promo with original paint. There are a couple of very small scratches in the paint but overall it's survived remarkably well. This time I used the Revell kit's really nice interior and I added mirrors, antenna, Modelhaus tyres, foil etc.

The hits keep coming from you Peter!! wasn't it just a short time ago you were complaining of "builders block", or am I mistaken? Another beautiful build! I especially like the interior. So cleanly done! Keep up the great work Pete!! Steve

I suppose I have had a builder's block for a year or so, certainly I have an ongoing reluctance to get into the spray booth, which is why I'm doing models that don't need painting at the moment. Painting is always the hardest part for me and my success rate is probably under 50%, too low to be thoroughly enjoyable.

I'm now working on an AMT pre-painted 57 Chrysler and a Revell Impala HT, whose white plastic has been polished.
