Quite Agree. Thanks to all those excellent folks who served, and those that supported them.

Those who served , currently serving have my utmost respect.

Americans sleep peacefully in their beds at night because tough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

After a tour in Afghanistan I can not express my gratitude to other vets in words. You guys fought harder with less then I had and have more courage then I'll know thank you always from the bottom of my heart

Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... For your sacrifice and service to our country and all of us citizens who enjoy the freedoms that you protect... Including us all being able to express ourselves here on this Forum.

And thanks to Gregg and the Moderators for that too... :)

Not sure of the understanding of ANZAC's state side but my Pop was an ANZAC.

He fought at Gallipoli in 1915, got evacuated with the troops, moved to the Western Front in Belgium.

Saw all of the bad things that happened, got mustard gassed, rehabilitated in England and got to come home at the end of WW1.

My pop then backed up for WW2 defending Darwin against the Japs.

I have the upmost respect for our service men past, present and future. We owe them all more than we can imagine.

Thank you for the things we take for granted.

May you be there in the times that lay ahead.
