min16i Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Not sure of the understanding of ANZAC's state side but my Pop was an ANZAC. He fought at Gallipoli in 1915, got evacuated with the troops, moved to the Western Front in Belgium. Saw all of the bad things that happened, got mustard gassed, rehabilitated in England and got to come home at the end of WW1. My pop then backed up for WW2 defending Darwin against the Japs. I have the upmost respect for our service men past, present and future. We owe them all more than we can imagine. Thank you for the things we take for granted. May you be there in the times that lay ahead.
