Monty Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Welcome to our board, John! Looks like you've done an outstanding job on that old Ford. The build quality is more than evident and the paint scheme you chose really sets off the lines of the car. Any chance we could have a few more pictures? Close-ups of the interior, engine and chassis would be nice.
YBlock292 Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Hi John, very nice 57 Ford. I built the 57 Ranchero last summer - seems to be the "cousin" of Your Fairlane, since I did it in the same color combo as Yours. I love old fullsize Fords! Ludwig
Johnny Mac Posted February 23, 2015 Author Posted February 23, 2015 Thanks ever so much everyone for the kind words, as requested Monty, I have added a couple more pics along with a big thankyou in the edited text. I am humbled.
Lowlife ! ! Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Really nice job on the fairlane, good job..... ........ I know the feeling well, building stuff that no-one else gets to see, but this forum is great for showing your builds and getting tips and ideas..... PS...There`s no excuse, you got an audience now, so were waiting for another build from you ! ! Lowlife ! !
unclescott58 Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Very nice job. One of my favorite color combos on '57 Fairlanes 500s. Scott
Bob Ellis Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 great job John You are correct, a great kit and even more considering it was designed in 1962-3
