tbill
Dan, looks great, good idea with the upper platform for viewing. I have to figure a guy with your talent can make a few lawn chairs, that should be easy after all the other stuff I have seen of yours. Mopar - D
Thanks Tom More progress today finished up the interior, added some BMF on the window frame, installed the exhaust and was able to get the back section painted with primer. I've got the plum crazy purple decanted and airing out. I plan to get the air brush out tomorrow and get some color. I've got the stacks pinned and are free standing just have a little tape to keep them lined up.

That's a lot of work you've got going with narrowing down everything to fit this narrow body. Good work buddy!

Mopar - D
Thanks Carl and Tom. I have some on the hood as it was knocked over when I was spraying so I will have to sand it down and respray it.

Mopar - D
Thanks Dennis Joe thanks I've got some work to do on the hood because it fell over on to my paint table when I was spraying and it's messed up. landman
Dan, would you be offended if I did the "observation deck" treatment to mine as well instead of the tire rack?
Mopar - D
Not at all Pat go for it. By going with the observation deck it fixes the storage compartment door that cuts into the tire rack on the kit.
Mopar - D
My progress dose not show how much time I worked today as I wet sanded every thing and re sprayed everything. I think I have my front bumper now I cut a section out of the middle of the Ford bumper. I'm open for comments on the bumper. I'm waiting for some parts to finish painting the red and yellow. Here's todays paint job.
Mopar - D
Built the ladder for the viewing deck and sprayed the base coat for the chrome spray. I'm also going to make some removable hand rails for the viewing deck.
Petetrucker07
That ladder looks great. The bumper doesn't look bad. I'm going to the post office today, so you'll have a 377 bumper to mess around with.

Mopar - D
Thanks for the comments Carl, Charlie and Joe. Well I'm on hold waiting for my flame template to arrive so I can finish the paint. It's going to be yellow in the front with a blend of red where the flames meets the purple. Then a few coats of clear.
