I scored another Richard Petty evilBay snipe and got the Starter of France 1964 Belvedere!. :D Sorry I don't have a pic. They are fairly simplistic little 1/43rd scale kits and not exactly OVERLY accurate, but they are gems in thier own right. I'm happy anyway, and that's what it's all about right? CARP! I feel another new thread coming on!

Jon

Sweet job on that GT 40. I bookmarked it for reference. Thanks. Looks like lining up the body is going to be a chore. Glad you took such good photos.

Another great Ford Pinto to add to my collection ... Not sure why I collect them ... I just think they are really cool kits ... I'm not even sure how many different Pinto kits there are ... Anybody know ? ...

Picked up the new release of the repop '87 GNX right off the cart...never made on to the shelf. Also got the latest issue of MCM and some paints for the '50 Oldsmobile when I get around to it. Got the Allison Turboprop from another LHS earlier this week from the vintage section. And finally from ebay last night, no pic yet, I sniped a sealed LE Hairy Olds kit that comes with a pre-painted Linda Vaughn figure and Hurst Shifter.Posted Image

Got this from the local hardware store's hobby section. They got a bunch of 80s and 90s kits from estate sale. Talked the clerk into a discount since it was open and sans-decals. Also got two new brushes, should be good ones.
