Your build came out beautiful the color and the wheels look great it is nice to see this year GTO in model form i hope mine comes out half as good i am really surprised the model companies never did a plastic kit on the last year the GTO was in the Tempest/Lemens body.

I am building a 65 SS now myself and the biggest thing was the tail panel i took a gamble and bought a AMT 65 AWB kit and cut out the rear panel ant it was a good gamble it dropped in with very little work i also used the taillights and bumper it all fit good and has the factory look. I hope to get to the point soon to show some photos. -

I have bought 4 really nice 3D kits now and they are very detailed but until someone can come up with a way to 3D print or add clear glass for the windows i am done with any 3d kits i have wasted so much material cutting and trying to fit and shape windows it's not worth it anymore the more modern cars the glass is flatter it's not to bad but the older body styles what a pain i have spent more time with the windows then with the hole kit.! On the other hand, 3D motors and wheels and body parts are great i love them.

Beautifull build your paint came out just perfect. that was my second car when i got my driver's license I got my license in 67 my first car was a 62 chevy impala SS convertible i totaled that and then got the 69 Wildcat it was dark brown lite tan inside and had the 430 with the quad man i loved that car.

Wow ! that came out beautiful the color is perfect and i really like what you did with the in-line 6 very nice save it's good to see these old kits.

Beautiful build so far it really taken on that 60's look I love anything with an in-line six I'm 73 and most of us when we had our first cars they were hand me downs for our dad and most of those cars had in-line six's we wanted a little more speed but did not have the money and equipment to do a swap to an 8 so we built up the six.!

When Modelhause was around i would go looking for glue booms at local shows you could get old 60's and 70's models that someone put together years ago and then go to modelhause and get every part you needed to rebuild it like new you could a buy a model for $3 to $10 dollars Modelhause had every part and anything that was chrome it came already chromed.

The windows are mostly flat you can get small sheets o clear plastic on the big AZ i get it there when i do 3-D models because they come with out glass you can get deferent thickness's, and it cuts easy then i use that UV glue to put it in place.

Wow i have never seen that did you try contacting the maker and see if they will sell or send you new glass some will. It all most looks like ice.
