Art, I read that as "sheet metal parts" . Body panels, wings, end plates ... that sort of stuff.

The artwork on the package makes the tires look much wider than they are. They are, according to the sidewall, 215/70 VR15 tires. They scale out to right at 9-inch case width and a 7-inch tread and they look reeeaaalllly nice. The wheels are standard Fujimi quality (ie. pretty nice).

Actually the Isetta is some 15 inches shorter than a Smart Car and about 62 inches shorter than a current Mini. It's roughly the size of a large washing machine.
