Dominik Posted November 8, 2017 Author Posted November 8, 2017 (edited) Very very nice. What kit is this? Thank you very much for your comments! Glad you like the result, i am very happy with it. I took the old Revell Kit (#7202): Good choice and fits very good - i had no big Problems to build it. fits perfect, a lot of Details. liked it so, that i bought the open one (SLR Mille Miglia Revell #7204) Thanks again! Davewilly Posted November 8, 2017 Posted November 8, 2017 very nice build! and thanks for sharing the kit info as well!
Eric Macleod Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 I used to have that kit. Now that I have seen yours i wish i had mine back. Beautiful model.
Plastheniker Posted November 9, 2017 Posted November 9, 2017 Dominik, this is really different! I hope that you will not be haunted by Rudolf Uhlenhaut's ghost. In reality it would take some courage and some money to modify one of the two Uhlenhaut Coupés. According to a list of the world's most valuable cars each of these two has an estimated current value of appr. 60 million Dollars - if Mercedes would ever sell them. BTW guess which car inspired Scaglietti to design Roberto Rossellini's 1955 Ferrari:
Dominik Posted November 20, 2017 Author Posted November 20, 2017 Thank you very much for your Kind words! I had a lot of fun, to build it. @Jürgen: i hope so, about Uhlenhaut's ghost . This Ferrari is a real beauty!
