maltsr Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 Box stock build of the Monogram Blue Bandito, not bad for an old kit. Paint is Tamiya TS44 Brilliant Blue.
TooOld Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 Not bad at all ! That's got to be the cleanest , nicest Blue Bandito ever !
peekay Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 Paul, that is beautifully built - like all your models.
D. Battista Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 Outstanding work....!! Crisp and clean...! Love these old Hot Rods..!
espo Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 Very nice paint job. Very clean build and I like the overall style. Unusual to see the exhaust routed under the differential.
Lovefordgalaxie Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 That's so sweet. Loved the great quality of the entire build. The kit is old, but sure one of the nicest of the day. Built the "Early Iron" edition from Monogram, the one molded in yellow. Not a real Blue Bandito, but the same basic kit. I replaced the brand C engine with a Mercury V8 tough.
GMCMAN52 Posted January 13, 2018 Posted January 13, 2018 those early Monogram kits build up nicely,no matter how you build them,,,,just great
Modelbuilder Mark Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 Nice, I wish I had picked up one of those.
unclescott58 Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 Beautiful. The color looks correct to what is on the box art. I like it.
Dave Van Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 Very nice, neat clean build........ I build my version of the kit and finished it about a week before RM announced the reissue!!!! My perfect timing!!!
