Here's the link from Hobbylinc of AMT sort. Look at kits that say 'Out of Stock'.Most of those mean they are coming out soon.

http://www.hobbylinc.com/cgi-bin/s8.cgi?cat_s=SC&mfg_s=amt&sort_i=3&p=2

First one I see is a 1/32 1963 Corvette Stingray.

That's cool. You can also use it for a slot car body.

On this website for the 1/32 Studebaker some yo you complains about the kit!

The big picture is how many 1/32 Studebaker Avanti's do you see?

Some people!

And for what is actually coming out from AMT for April, nothing better than getting it directly from the source! Here are the real AMT April releases:

That's not accurate, though, since the '69 442 came out in March.

' Thanks for the info. '

You're welcome.Looks like there are other ways to check to.

I have looked at New Releases on Autoworld and Round 2 occasionally.

They hide them in different places. They have one that it real in depth. Photos of every parts tree.

For the B-O-P crowd right now the '65 Grand Prix and the Olds are out.

You can grab them as they some along and have the complete set.Forgot that '70 one with custom pickup body.

Sorry but THE only reliable place to get information on upcoming releases, is the Auto World website under Future Releases/Pre-Orders. Unless it's on that page with an upcoming release date, it doesn't matter what Chad, or Tower, or Hobby Linc have to say.

For example the Corvette and the Toyota Pickup we're both added this week with May release dates, not April.

I wish they would/could re-issue that 70 Bonneville with the HT issue again...I have an old one from my dads collection I want to restore that needs the body and glass...plus Id buy a few anyway.

Again, I enjoyed Chad's latest video. I especially like the other guy taking the Coke at the end. Sad to say though, there was nothing I am interested in adding to my collection other than maybe the N-scale Coke truck and trailer. I like the '69 442 and the '70 Corvette, but already have earlier versions of each kit.

The one I'm waiting for is the AMT 1/32 scale '63 Corvette.

I get it .You know about the MPC 70 Pontiac Convertible but you want a hardtop?

That MPC kit is a rarity like the 65 Lincoln .

Conversion were interesting vehicles. They really went begging in the used market.

Nobody wanted them after the original owners got rid of them.

Here's the next one of interest.

Looks like an authentic camper shell.

Wonder if there are any accessories with it?

Looks like second release of a series.First one being the pickup with the soapbox derby car.

The only accessories will probably be a hard hat and optional wheels.

  •
  • Molded in “construction yellow”
  • Off-road knobby rear tires
  • Miniature hard hats & construction site accessories
  • Optional utility/camper
  • Original decal graphics with multiple construction company options
  • Retro Deluxe “Gear Hustler” vintage AMT packaging

No mention of the custom / drag version parts finding their way into this reissue ?  Don't get me wrong , I actually like this retro version ; I'm just hoping that the stock wheel covers , etc. , are included ...

...as well as the L79 .

Missed one.

1958 Edsel.Gee not only that but it's a Pacer!

My only comment is I never saw an Edsel turned into a go-fast.

With mags and hopped up engine. They were just Edsels.

But they could be made into a real "Funny" car.

I have nothing against the Edsel Pacer, but then, I like the AMC Pacer, too! LOL

That's a good looking "Funny" there, Gerald!

Well here.

This '57 Chevy is a little more exciting.

It's a 3 in 1 kit.Instead of 'race' third version is 'gasser'.

That ought to ring somebody's bell.

Cat herding is pretty easy. I've been doing it for years. Let them think that they're in charge.

Let's face it, James. When it comes to model car kits, there ain't much to talk about except new box art and the same rehashed kits with new decals and tires.

I for one am impressed that Round 2 is able to present new kits each month. Whether reissues or not the company is active and shows no signs of slowing down. While the kits may not be everyone's cup of tea I will be purchasing some of them here and there and hope the Round 2 keeps up their efforts.
