Well someone said on somewhere about using nail varnish as another paint medium, and a wife's girlfriend she swims with twice a week, showed her her nails had been done using decals. So I went on ebay, found a UK seller who specialises in all manner of nail and general cosmetics. I asked her would she measure some up for me and hey presto.
