Bills72sj Posted August 1, 2020 Posted August 1, 2020 I present to you my 95% finished diorama. It was a long but fairly enjoyable project. Below is a link to the WIP thread. Comments/suggestions welcome. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/151082-4-bay-day-2-hobby-garage/ 4

Anglia105E Posted August 3, 2020 Posted August 3, 2020 The whole workshop setting comes alive in natural daylight...... and just as you do, Bill, my dioramas are very much like miniature film sets to allow the model cars to appear as real as possible when photographed carefully. Well done with this project of yours! David

Well done with this project of yours! David Thanks David. I took it outside so everyone could see all the pieces in their true colors. After setting it up, and taking the pics, I actually carried the whole thing as set up into and through the house. All the magnets did an awesome job of keeping everything upright and in place. Only the little boxes fell down. I will end up putting magnets in those too.
Jim B Posted August 4, 2020 Posted August 4, 2020 The magnets are a good idea. What are the dimensions of this?
Dragonhawk1066 Posted August 4, 2020 Posted August 4, 2020 That's pretty cool looking and looks great! Nice job!

What are the dimensions of this? 34"W x 11"D x 9"H because that is as big as will fit in my display case. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/149032-90-display-case-with-addl-glass-shelves/
