Gotta get the Fiat Double D! Need the engines for all these curbsides being issued, and the Fiat has 'em.

Really want that Fiat double kit, and the 70 Wildcat.

Surprised to learn the Wildcat is a curbside. Was it always that way?

And judging by the Fiat box art, it seems the twin engines can be built either side-by-side, or one in front of the other. If so, nice.

The Fiat has always been that way , Stef. Nice Kit, with many options.

Excellent, thank you, @stavanzer! I might get two Fiat kits, and stuff FOUR engines into that little rail, heh.

Yes, although the '69 Buick Wildcat was full detail. The '69 engine, firewall and radiator wall will fit the '70 but the hood will need to be cut out.

The '69 Wildcat had a 430, while the '70 had a 455.  The Riviera used the same engine as the Wildcat in the respective years.  There are always a lot of '69 Riviera parts on Ebay.

I've always wanted to stuff a pair of the kit's Hemis into the Side by Side dragster. It is a pretty neat little kit, and the Fiat is nice.

Good Luck with your builds!

Say what ? No early 70's Demon yet, Sighhh. I guess the GTO will have to due for now, :) haaa. It looks like it should work into a nice build...

Almost forgot - I used the fan belt/accessory drive from a '65 Riviera and a set of Monogram Buick GS valve covers to make the 430 look more 455-ish. Also used the '69 chassis because it has no screw holes and is 1/8" longer at the rear. Hope I can get back at these projects soon!

Great idea, @stavanzer, I'll be sure to give 'em a try!

The Silverado kit is the one I am looking forward to.  I hope the grille will fit the old 454SS kit.

I was really hoping they used the same cab since they already have it.

Ah, but they may not have it. Which is why this kit was tooled up in the first place.

It's the same cab as the USA-1 monster truck that was reissued recently. I thought the rest was missing.

You could very well be correct.

I'd just use the Monogram engine whole. The AMT 430 is a bit undersized.

The only external difference between the '430 and 455 is the valve covers. The 455 ridges run the length of the ban while the 430 ridges run across it.

I've owned a couple Rivieras as well as a couple other full size Buicks with big blocks over the years and actually have a set of chrome 455 Stage-1 valve covers hanging out in the garage right now.
