Chuck Most
This stared about a year ago, with a Tamiya '66 Beetle kit. I worked on it on and off (mostly off) for about six months, then let it sit for another six months. Earlier this week, while chopping the '66 body, I did an epic mess up, and long story short, had to find a new body. I robbed one from the Polar Lights Herbie the Love Bug kit, and modified it for the look I was after, and to fit the Tamiya chassis and interior. streetrodlvr
I've always hated building those VW's and have always wanted to build a Beetle like this without the fenders. Now I know what it would have looked like. I like it man.
