pturley84 Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 This is my first post on the forum and my latest finished build. I call this build "Rat named Henry". It is the Revell 51 Henry J Gasser. It is rusty dusty and crusty. All of the detail parts used on the interior and motor are all from Pro Tech. Thanks for looking and I hope you guys like the build. Paul
TooOld Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 (edited) Very , very cool build Paul ! Great detailing and I love your style ! Edited July 23, 2014 by TooOld
1930fordpickup Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Looks great . This is a hard model to get together and look this good.
Maxicoop Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Fabulous Paul, great lookin' rat rod ..... or old gasser !!!!! LOL which ever it is it just looks great!!
DynoMight Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 I really enjoyed this build. I still don't get why the hood was molded in three pieces
kopperkart Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 The faded paint and rust are well done. This is a difficult model to get together with precision.
PappyD340 Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Super NICE model Paul and it looks just as good here as it does on youtube!!
John Teresi Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 Paul……….love it………..really cool!!!!!
OldTimer50707 Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 NIce job. Almost looks like the one I had when I was a lot younger.
Jantrix Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 I think if there was ever a kit that lends itself well to a ratty weathered build, this one is it. You did a great job with some really realistic looking weathering. I thought it was one of Cranky's builds for a second. Nice work.
Zarana-X Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 That looks great. I had this kit as a kid, and it wasn't very cooperative from what I recall. I'd be concerned about having all those signs tacked over my head, though, If I were driving.
1 bad55 stan Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 That is a very sweet build, great work!I look forward to seeing more of your work...
