Brizio Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 (edited) The Jeep is done, waiting for the snow! Glove box close. Glove box open. Edited January 19, 2015 by Brizio
S. Svendsen Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 That's awesome. Great job on the tire chains.
Intmd8r Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Cool build-looks just like the 1:1 I used to see plowing in my area as a kid. Same colour too, but yours is less rusty.
1972coronet Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Very nice '5 ! Is that an odd-fire 225 Dauntless V6 under the bonnet ?
Danno Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Outstanding! Great job on the chains . . . now all you need is the tensioners!
slusher Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Super build Brizio, great job on this build...
mikemodeler Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Absolutely beautiful. Nice details and those little extras make all the difference.
Sixties Sam Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 That's really nice! The tire chains are a great touch, and very well done! Good work! Sam
Brizio Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 Thank you all guys! @John, yes a Dauntless V6. @Danno, early CJ-5 did not have tensioners, like the Willys.
o-man Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 I love what you've done to the Jeep! Absolutely stunning.
1930fordpickup Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Awesome. Nothing beats the look of the short cab Jeep. Sure wish they would put the short cab back in the recent Jeeps releases. I have been on the look out for one,
Mike Kucaba Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Looks great! Brings back some fond memories of the one I drove for a Sinclair Gas station.
guybrush Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 nice little snow plow good work on it... maik
GLMFAA1 Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Very nice job, Did you forget the rearview mirror? Can't tell from the photos did you put in the wiper motors? One of my favorite kits except the poor engineering on the axle and wheels , just to weak greg
crazyjim Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Very cool. I love the detail with the chains. Looks just about like the Jeep that used to plow around my grade school.
Prince Ital Mike Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Cool build and the chains are very nice!!!
Atmobil Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Wow, you build fast !! And great Love the chains, really cool detail.
Erik Smith Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Really cool model. Great work on the tire chains - just need some rubber tensioners to keep em off the body Excellent work on the plow too, well, on the whole deal.
Casey Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Great job on the tire chains. I agree. Can't recall ever seeing that detail done so well before. Nice work, Fabrizio.
Brizio Posted January 14, 2015 Author Posted January 14, 2015 Thank you all! Very nice job, Did you forget the rearview mirror? Can't tell from the photos did you put in the wiper motors? One of my favorite kits except the poor engineering on the axle and wheels , just to weak greg Good eye! I notice the other day that was missing the rear view mirror so I glued one. There is a wiper motor and cable. Thanks! Really cool model. Great work on the tire chains - just need some rubber tensioners to keep em off the body Excellent work on the plow too, well, on the whole deal. Thank you Erick, the chains does not have tensioners. But if you can find more info about, I will add it. Thanks!
