Very nice. I have this kit , it looked like a good kit . Hope to get around to building it someday.

With the nose being so long on the front of this , made it difficult to build a hinge . But I think I figured it out.

I figured I'd share this tape. It works pretty good sometimes. I use to hold my windows in place then use clear tacky glue 0around the edges to hold my windows in . I've also used to hold things together temporarily.

It's been to long to remember ,but pretty sure it the Revell 67 Malibu wagon. That is the frame I used for sure.

Thanks , really want to finish all my old stuff.

Yes this one has been around, really going to finish it this time.

Started building this in 2012 , I've had lots of set backs on it .I think it was painted three times , the hood cracked a couple times trying to polish the paint out. I molded the hood in to make it stronger. Hope this fixes the problems with the hood . Going with a tilt front end. I'm only working on started projects, this one is next . It's getting finished even if it's an barn find custom.

Bare metal foil and dull cote
Pat Minarick replied to Pat Minarick's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Yes I tried ,it will work if you can get it all on in one piece. If you over lap it at all the adhesive from the other piece will pull the dull core off. I think I will try it your way . Thanks -
Anyone ever try dull coating foil and appling it? Need to do a grill surround but didn't want to have to mask it and spray it.
