  1. Nice Score!! I have the remains of one of these that I found a Car Parts Swap Meet, how fitting, that will yield enough parts to make a large scale Ramp Truck, but unfortunately the bike is gone.
  2. It was just a kit by itself made for the Chicago World's Fair, by AMT for FORD I have a built up in my collection that can easily be restored. https://fantastic-plastic.com/FordLevacarPage.htm
  3. Well, looks like Evergreen to the rescue! Thought I had really found something
  4. I don't know, that pillar looks pretty painted here...
  5. A friend of mine just cleaned up the body a bit and sprayed it with a nice Gloss Clear. Looked pretty good when all done, especially with the decals on.
  6. That is the 1971 issue, the original was in 1966, but it is identical to what you have. It was the 1995 re issue that came with the Cragar Trick Wheels
  7. You are not alone, I am not a fan of this car at all! A stock 67/68 KR, sure, but not this thing! And there is only one "Eleanor"
  8. Most of the models that you like from Jo Han probably do not exist anymore at all. Spaulding mostly has very early stuff and lots of incomplete stuff. Some may have survived, like the Cuda and some AMC stuff that Testors cranked out in the 90's, but no one really knows where those went, other than to China
  9. Well, good thing they don't make large, already painted and disassembled die cast ki....oh, never mind
  10. Would love to see these come back http://www.showrods.com/images/tbone_stake/tbone_stake_big http://www.s
  11. Thank you! These large scale kits build up really nice and there is quite a bit of resin out there for them as well. It would be cool to see what you do with a large scale car.
  12. Yeah, this kit may not be "Tamiya Like", but it was a fun kit to glue together when I was a kid, and I intend to do the same with another one again! I have sealed original and some extra wheels and tires from one, so an early box art car is planned!
  13. This is the Revell Injector Hat, even thought this is a 1/16th scale, the 1/25th is the same as Revell just scaled down all the large kits parts. They are a three piece affair, upper, lower and separate butterflies
  14. The Calnaga one is pretty close to a Revell hat.
  15. Honestly, I don't know, but I would guess something close to a Hugger Orange. With maybe a more red to it.
  16. Would be cool if they did the Orange version this time around After all, it was a more memorable car...
  17. The first version of the Revell Mickey Thompson Attempt 1 kit has that style chute in it! Just in case you want to go down that Rabbit Hole! LOL!
  18. Honestly, Anything! I have been too busy on projects outside my hobby room, and maybe it is time to change that! Let's build something!!
  19. Might want to check on a Military Model Board to see if anyone else is having this issue. Given the origin of the company, who knows what they are using for materials.
  20. Wow, this is a knockout kit! With a little effort, and not that much at that, this can be made to be period correct. Thanks to you Dave for taking the time to post it up, and thanks to Mobius for listening and caring enough to make the changes.
  21. The Fish Bowl car! Nice! I will definitely keeps tabs on this build!
  22. I wish they could bring back this version not my pic
